The weather condition, Law & Order Situation, etc. may produce a delay in order delivery. doesn't mean it should take a long time. TeleShop.com.pk understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every possible effort to process your order quickly. For smooth processing and execution of your order please provide us with a complete and valid billing address.

Delivery Information 

All Orders are delivered through our own employees and require the signature of the concerned party at the time of delivery. If you are getting the package to an apartment building, please mention the complete details of your address and on behalf of you as your representative If someone authorized by you signs for the package at the address provided by the customer, it will be termed as prompt and correct delivery and collection of delivered items from the authorized person's possession shall be of the responsibility of the customer. We do suggest your work address as a shipping address if no one is going to be available to sign for the package at your home. We make our best efforts to deliver your order in a timely manner and we also offer delivery within the same day in many cities depending on the stock availability. Our delivery system Works on all weekdays (Monday to Sunday), excluding public holidays.

Once the package has been delivered to customers, it cannot be rerouted to another address. We provide pick-up (self-collection) service from our warehouse in Islamabad.

You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking on the Track Your Order section. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, design, and quality of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors and design you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or design will be accurate. We have attempted to supply the quality product as accurate as possible and any slight change of design, color, etc. shall not affect the performance, efficiency, or accuracy of the product's quality in any manner.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our agents.
